At Steve Madden UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your products in their original shoe box or packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the parcel is well-sealed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
